'Rosemary' house T2 / LAKE VIEW / 200 m from the beach.

'Rosemary' is a Type 2 apartment in great demand by the regulars in the summer because it's North / West. As its 'twin brother' Marjolaine it also has a picnic placeholder on the ground of the property with views of the lake and a private parking space. It is located on the first and last floor of the building itself nestled in a shaded Chêneraie, hillside. It is the residence 'Les Lavandes du Lac offers stunning views of Lake St. Croix and the medieval village of Bauduen. People come here for its calm, its proximity to the lake and beaches are within 200 meters of the residence. From the property a path traced in the undergrowth lead you to the village of Bauduen with magnificent views of the lake, and you will if you wish to join the paths of Great Excursion. Four apartments are two types 3 (2 rooms) with terraces and stunning views of the lake on the ground floor and two types 2 (1 bedroom) on the first floor they have dining areas with tables and benches on the ground the residence with views of the lake and the village of Bauduen (5 minutes by car).

Séjour à Bauduen aux lavandes du lac

Très beau séjour à Bauduen village typique. La résidence est calme dans un cadre bucolique. Le propriétaire est de très bons conseils et un accueil au top. Region magnifique.

Lejlighed med udsigt over Lac de st. Croix

Dejlig lille lejlighed - godt udstyret og fantastisk udsigt. Der er fire lejligheder i huset, hvoraf de to nederste har terrasse mod søen. Disse var uheldigvis ikke ledige i vores periode. Men der var også udemærkede muligheder for os at nyde udsigten fra husets fælles opholdsområde.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L endroit est magnifique. Notre location correspondait totalement à nos attentes , propre, fonctionnelle, très belle vue sur le lac et petit terrain de pétanque. Excellent séjour dans les gorges du verdon

La propriété est superbement placée sur les hauteurs du lac de ste croix, en pleine nature. L'appartement est spacieux, le couchage est très bon. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour préparer son repas. Le WiFi fonctionne parfaitement, la télé également. Le village est à cinq minutes en voiture, on y trouve une épicerie et des restaurants. Antoine, notre hôte, est aux petits soins. Il connaît la région comme sa poche et n'est pas avare de bons conseils. Cela aide également à passer un excellent séjour dans une région sublime

Logement propre et très bien placé. Le logement est suffisamment grand. Un regret concerne la vue sur le lac qui est sympa depuis le terrain mais qui complèterais superbement le cadre depuis le logement. Très bon séjour.

Une semaine dans le studio Romarin

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique ! Le propriétaire Tony est quelqu'un de très accueillant et aimable, il connaît bien les environs et a pu nous aiguiller sur les choses à faire aux alentours. La propriété est bien situé, en hauteur avec une vue sur le lac et entourée d'arbre, ce qui permet d'avoir de l'ombre. Il y a aussi des tables et des chaises longue à disposition pour les personnes qui n'ont pas de terrasse. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, l'appartement est très fonctionnel! C'est un petit coin de paradis, ou nous avons passé de merveilleuse vacances, je pense que nous reviendrons à coup sûr!

Situation du gite bien exposée avec une belle vue sur le lac et pas trop éloigné du village

L'appartement attribué par Abitel'HomeAway ne correspondait pas à nos attentes; En effet nous pouvions voir la vue sur le lac par une petite fenetre de 30 cm /30 cm Une baie latérale donnant sur un jardinet pouvait en se penchant nous donner la vue sur le lac. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et quant à l'appartement convenable et très propre.Nous l'avons laissé également nickel comme je l'ai mentionné à la personne qui nous a réceptionnés à notre arrivée. Pour informations nous étions logés au gite Les Lavandes du Lac à Bauduen dont le propriétaire est Mr Zinini Antoine . 'Romarin' Gite T2/vue sur lac ????? Dans l'attente du remboursement de la caution de 300 euros et vous en remerciant à l'avance Veuillez agréer l'assurance de nos sentiments distingués . Mme Delpouys Marie-Hélène

Alles da was man braucht..

Die Wohnung ist einfach, praktisch, gut. Trotz Sprachbarriere klappte mit der Übergabe alles gut. Das Frühstück draußen ging auf den Bänken + Tisch neben dam Haus. Der Rosmarinduft lag überall in der Luft. Sehr entspannte Ferienregion und ein sehr schöner See.
