3-star gîte, green setting, close to shops, free WiFi

  • Small individual wooden chalet on pretty land, planted and enclosed in a green setting. A little away from the village, very nice view of the river (the Doubs) and the surrounding hills. Close to shops. WIFI internet.
    Raised ground floor (3 steps): living room opening onto balcony and terrace. Integrated kitchen (sink 2 bowls, 3 gas burners + 1 electric hob, extractor hood, electric oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric coffee and kettle, toaster). Living room (dining area, sofa bed 140, wardrobe, TV / DVD, CD player). Shower room (jet shower, integrated sink, WC, hairdryer, iron)
    Upstairs (mezzanine): 1 double bed, chest of drawers, clock radio.
    Outside: Balcony, terrace with garden furniture, private and enclosed plot of 10 ares. Small garden shed, barbecue, 2 mountain bikes and boat available.
    Electric heating.
