Our newest accommodation in Baunatal, located just outside Kassel and with an unbeatable connection to the A49 and thus the A44 / A7, was redesigned in early 2019 and modernly furnished. Our large unit offers eight bedrooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms (a third is under construction) and a large courtyard. Whether for a reunion with friends and family or for fitters who are looking for a long-term stay: With us you feel at home on the go!

Sehr schönes Haus.
Wir hatten ein Familientreffen mit 16 Personen und zwei Hunden. Das Haus war ausreichend groß. Klaus der Hausmeister war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (danke Klaus). Die Küche war für alle sehr beliebt und wurde gelobt und bewundert. Danke für das schöne Wochenende in Kirchbauna.

Perfekt für ein Familientreffen
Da hat alles gepasst. Wir waren 11 Erwachsene und 3 Hunde. Super Ausstattung. Genug Parkplätze. Gut zu erreichen. Man ist wirklich schnell in Kassel, aber auch im Umland. Bei den Handtüchern könnte man präziser werden. Unter einem Händehandtuch versteht man bei uns so was mit 80x40 - im Gegensatz zu einem großen Badehandtuch. Die vorhandenen waren aber SEHR viel kleiner. Da besser sagen "Handtücher mitbringen!". Gerne wieder - mal sehen.

Schön mit Kindern
Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet und es gab eine sehr nette Betreuung durch den Hausmeister vor Ort. Die Lage ist ruhig, Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Für Kinder ist der abschließbare Hof zum Spielen und Fahrzeuge fahren perfekt. Das Haus war insgesamt sauber, die Küchen/Bad sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleine Kritikpunkte waren: einige Türen waren nicht gut schließbar (bzw. man kann den Schlüssel nicht mehr abziehen), die Fenster waren wirklich schmutzig. Das hat unser Familientreffen aber nicht wirklich gestört.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Abstrichen
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Leider hatte man in der Beschreibung der Zimmer nicht erwähnt, dass zum Teil die Schlafzimmer Durchgangszimmer sind. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir das Haus nicht gebucht. Im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern, die wir in den letzten Jahren gebucht hatten, ist dieses Haus zu teuer. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war aber super.

Es war ok
Anzahl der Zimmer und Umgebung ok, Einrichtung ok bis auf Tisch und Stühle im Esszimmer waren zum arbeiten nicht geeignet. Fehlende Sauberkeit in den Schränken lag noch der Schmutz von ........., es war sehr staubig, Fenster schmutzig und draußen zum sitzen oder Kickern viel zu schmutzig. Türen gehen nicht leise zu schließen. Türcode könnte auch mal überprüft werden da die Schließanlage nicht richtig funktionierte. Ansonsten danke für den Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten mit unserer Familie zwei Wunderbare Tage. Die Großzügige Küche mit Essbereich hat uns alle 19 an einen Tisch bekommen. Vor Ort personal super Nett und Hilfsbereit.

Familientreffen
Das Haus ist hervorragend geeignet für Familien mit kleinen und etwas geößeren Kindern, ausreichend Bäder, Platz zum Sitzen und Erzählen, zwei Küchen - perfekt. 9 km von Kassel entfernt - das muss man wissen und am besten mit dem eigenen Auto anreisen. Öffis gehen, aber auch nicht bis ans Haus. Wunderbar ist der Hausmeister, der 2x am Freitag Abend mit dem Auto von der Endhaltestelle abgeholt hat.
