  • Our newest accommodation in Baunatal, located just outside Kassel and with an unbeatable connection to the A49 and thus the A44 / A7, was redesigned in early 2019 and modernly furnished. Our large unit offers eight bedrooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms (a third is under construction) and a large courtyard. Whether for a reunion with friends and family or for fitters who are looking for a long-term stay: With us you feel at home on the go!

Waren als große Gruppe mit 16 Personen inklusive 2 Kleinkinder und einem Hund für ein Wochenende in dem Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr Kinderfreundlich, wir durften auf dem Hinterhof mit den Kinder spielen, es sind auch einige Spielgeräte wie Bobby Cars und Straßenmalkreide vorhanden. Außerdem ist ein schöner Grill vorhanden, den wir ausfürlich genutzt haben. Man muss wissen, dass es zwei Durchgangszimmer gibt, wir haben uns aber als Freundesgruppe gut damit arrangiert, man hat trotzdem eine Tür zum zu machen (s. Raumplan). In der Küche hat uns nichts gefehlt, es gibt ausreichend Platz für viele Menschen zum kochen. Im Dorf ist in fußläufiger Nähe ein kleiner Hofladen; hofeigene Produkte wie Eier, Eis und Schweinefleisch kann hier erworben weden. Supermärkte gibt es in 10-20 Minütiger Autoentfernung. Wir haben den Tag mit einem Ausflug zum Spielplatz und einer kleinen Wanderung über die Felder verbracht, Kassel wäre in ca. 30 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Für ein (Groß-)Familien- oder Freundetreffen ist das Haus zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste - wir waren schlussendlich 15 Personen inkl. Kinder im Alter von 2-9 und alle Sonderwünsche, gerade mit Blick auf die Kids (Spielecke, Aufbettung, Zimmeraufteilung usw.) würden erfüllt. Eigentlich wollten wir sogar mit insgesamt 20 Personen anreisen - ein paar Krankheitsfälle haben jedoch leider für einige Ausfälle gesorgt - aber auch dafür hätte der Platz ausgereicht. Auch der Hausmeister war super lieb und hilfsbereit und wir hatten eine echt gute Zeit. Die Ausstattung war wie besprochen - auch wenn das Haus über einige Besonderheiten, wie eine ungewöhnliche Lichtschaltung oder laute Feuerschutztüren (quietschen etc.) verfügt, die am Ende aber eher charmant und witzig als wirklich störend waren. Es handelt sich eben um einen alten, aber super schön umgebauten Bauernhof mit echt viel Charme und einen Innenhof, in dem man auch bei Regen mit den Kids spielen, grillen oder einfach nur ein bisschen chillen kann. Es gibt keine wirkliche Kritik und auch der Ort an sich mit seinen Bewohnern wirkte sehr nett und freundlich. Der fußläufig zu erreichende Bolzplatz hat das ganze - zusammen mit dem Spielplatz, der ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist - für uns super abgerundet. Perfekte Unterkunft für ein Treffen mit Freunden, die sonst über ganz Deutschland verteilt leben. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit und die super nette Kommunikation vorab und auch zwischendrin

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, tolle Ausstattung, im Innenhof können Kinder ungehindert spielen. Rutsche, Schaukel, Trampolin, Kicker, Tischtennisplatte alles da. Allerdings sind einige Spielgeräte in die Jahre gekommen und könnten aufgehübscht (Rutsche) oder erneuert werden (z.B. Trampolin). Im Haus 3 schöne Bäder, nette Zimmer. Betten sehr gut.Sitzmöglichkeiten innen uns aussen reichlich vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 8 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Erholsam und geräumig

Entspannter Aufenthalt, unkompliziertes und nettes Ein-/Auschecken, sauber, genügend Platz für die ganze Familie. Kicker ist vorhanden, konnte aber aufgrund der vielen anderen gemeinsamen Unternehmungen gar nicht genutzt werden. Besonders nett - der (externe) Brötchendienst.Kleinere Verbesserungsvorschläge, die auch nicht viel Invest erfordern - Geschirr (Müslischalen, Tiefe Teller) - Kopfkissen waren für einen Teil der Familie zu groß - Wer keine weichen Matratzen verträgt, sollte überlegen, eine Yoga-Matte einzupacken.Angesichts des tollen Wetters und der schönen gemeinsamen Zeit sind das Kleinigkeiten, über die wir leicht hinwegsehen konnten.

Es war sehr schön

Wir sind sehr gut in den Empfang genommen worden und uns hat der Hausmeister schön alles erklärt und gezeigt. Eine sehr schöne Küche, die Betten waren gemacht, soweit alles gut, aber es war für 16 Personen ein bisschen wenig Platz am großen Esstisch, da müssten wir improvisieren. Am sonsten eine Sehr schöne Einrichtung, würde nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Familienwochenende gelungen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche lädt ein, zusammen zu kochen und zu essen. Die Bäder sind gut verteilt, so daß kein Gedränge entsteht, die Betten sind prima, wir haben gut geschlafen. Keiner meckert, wenn der Spieleabend lauter wird. Der freundliche Hausmeister ist vor Ort und immer bereit zu helfen Fazit: Das war toll!

Super Location für Junggesellenabschied

Kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Top ausgestattete Küche und toller Innenhof. Rest eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet aber völlig in Ordnung. Netter "Hausmeister" vor Ort, der einem im Notfall sogar mit Bier aushilft ;)

Perfekt für größere Gruppen

Wir sind eine größere Gruppe von Freunden gewesen und für uns war dieses Ferienhaus einfach perfekt. Wir hatten genug Platz zum Parken und das Haus war auch sehr geräumig eingerichtet. Die Küchen (wir benötigten nur die untere im EG) war ausreichend eingerichtet mit allen Utensilien zum gemeinssmen Kochen. Auch konnten wir gemütlich gemeinsam am Tisch sitzen und essen oder Kartenspiele spielen. Die Bäder waren auf jeder Etage vorhanden und gut eingeichtet. Wir kamen super mit allem hin. Die Lage ist perfekt. Kassel ist super schnell zuerreichen und man lebt dennoch in einem ruhigen Ort. Der Empfang war herzlich und sehr feundlich. Wir haben uns rundum versorgt und wohl gefühlt. Wir kommem gern wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus.

Wir hatten ein Familientreffen mit 16 Personen und zwei Hunden. Das Haus war ausreichend groß. Klaus der Hausmeister war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (danke Klaus). Die Küche war für alle sehr beliebt und wurde gelobt und bewundert. Danke für das schöne Wochenende in Kirchbauna.

Perfekt für ein Familientreffen

Da hat alles gepasst. Wir waren 11 Erwachsene und 3 Hunde. Super Ausstattung. Genug Parkplätze. Gut zu erreichen. Man ist wirklich schnell in Kassel, aber auch im Umland. Bei den Handtüchern könnte man präziser werden. Unter einem Händehandtuch versteht man bei uns so was mit 80x40 - im Gegensatz zu einem großen Badehandtuch. Die vorhandenen waren aber SEHR viel kleiner. Da besser sagen "Handtücher mitbringen!". Gerne wieder - mal sehen.

Schön mit Kindern

Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet und es gab eine sehr nette Betreuung durch den Hausmeister vor Ort. Die Lage ist ruhig, Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Für Kinder ist der abschließbare Hof zum Spielen und Fahrzeuge fahren perfekt. Das Haus war insgesamt sauber, die Küchen/Bad sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleine Kritikpunkte waren: einige Türen waren nicht gut schließbar (bzw. man kann den Schlüssel nicht mehr abziehen), die Fenster waren wirklich schmutzig. Das hat unser Familientreffen aber nicht wirklich gestört.
