Bauru Intercity great hotel

Very comfortable and with very good attention from staff both at the reception as in the restaurant. Need to improve conditions for the shower for handicapped people with grippers and a stool. Had to put walker into the tight shower to avoid danger for fall

No geral foi bom, mas precisa melhorar alguns detalhes, por exemplo o atendimento da recepção deveria informar sobre o funcionamento do hotel: restaurante ate as 22 hs, não tem copo no apartmento, local da academia etc. O quarto é pouco iluminado, a arruação um dia trocou uma toalha outro não e outro as duas kkkk, Mas no geral foi bem, cafe da manhã bem servido e o jantar também é bom. Voltarei !!!
