"Lamp didn’t work over the desk, hair dryer didn't work, room smelled bad, bath tub was in terrible condition, body soap was out, towels were stained and dirty looking, and room smelled like a smoke. I requested a pet friendly room not a smoking room. I've stayed here a couple times before and it has really gotten run down."

"Great spot for my quick visit to Mountain Home. The space was clean, convenient and comfortable. Much more relaxing than a hotel room. Walking distance to dinner. WiFi worked well for remote work. 100% would stay here again."

"Very welcoming. Charged $20 per night extra for the dog. Mountain Home charged $10. Both places took cash for the dog. "

"Temperature control was ok. Jacuzzi was actually pretty good but the wood on the steps and floor are failing due to water--doesn't look too safe. Needs to be replaced with vinyl planking--would make it easier to clean and more sanitary. The bathroom was terrible--needs repairs and redo--caulking, tile, controls, etc. Very bad. The room in general was poor--needs walls repaired and painted, electrical outlets replaced (the one by the window actually has a wire coming from UNDER the outlet cover. One highlight--the bed was pretty comfortable. I wasn't expecting very much but I was still disappointed. Won't stay here again. Sorry. Just honest."

"Toilet was plugged, staff offered me a plunger, fixed the next day but room was not cleaned. No Creamer or sweetener for coffee. AC had some noise. The breakfast was limited, omelets were fair, milk was tasteless and of poor quality limited yogurt options. Elevators worked some of the time. The check in manager was pleasant. I stayed at this property last year and was pleased however after this years fiasco I will not be back and will not use use this chain again."

"My wife and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. It was as advertised...clean, quaint and in a great location. Karla and Josh were very responsive and great to work with. We had a bit of a challenge getting the TV connected to the internet and they offered to send someone over to help us out but ultimately, we were about to sort it out so all was good. We would definitely stay here again."
