"My friend and I decided to take a little trip to relax and not be “needed” by someone for a few days; total moms weekend. It was AMAZING! The room was clean and the bed was so comfy! Power out but Drury came through!!!
"The evening we arrived, the building lost power and being on the 3rd floor and older folks, we could not work with that. When we returned that evening to be advised that the power would be out all night and temps were already near 80, the manager graciously found nearby accommodations and provided a refund for our stay. The fellas on staff were even gracious enough to carry our bags down as elevators obvioulsy were not in order, GREAT customer service and compassion from two great guys!!! "
