  • Welcome to The Creekhouse, your ultimate 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom waterfront retreat in Sargent, Texas! Perfectly designed to host up to 11 guests, this modern coastal haven blends luxury and relaxation. Walk up the convenient entry ramp to a spacious back porch, then step inside to find a fully equipped kitchen stocked with morning coffee supplies and a cozy living room with a Roku TV and electric fireplace. The downstairs master suite is a true oasis, boasting a massive walk-in shower and a freestanding tub. Upstairs, three flexible bedrooms and two full baths give everyone space to unwind.
    The real magic happens outdoors! Head downstairs to the massive covered entertainment area complete with a TV, games, seating, and a BBQ pit. Walk out to your private boat dock to fish, crab, or watch the sun set over Caney Creek.
    Please note: To keep our home pristine for all guests, we maintain a strict no-pets policy.

The only issue we had was the grass was in need of mowing and the grill on the pit was rusted up. It needed to be replaced.
