Be sure to bring your boat as there is approximately 150’ of canal waterfront property and large dock. Located just 6 minutes from the beach and water access via the canal to Matagorda Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Food trucks and restaurants close by as well.

Easter getaway

The house is super roomy and well thought out. Loves the decor and the space under house is perfect for a family BBQ. Very scenic and the little coastal town has great stores and shops as well as good restaurants.

Nice place away from home

We planned the trip without looking at the weather and didn't realize it would be cold and rainy all weekend. Nonetheless we decided to go and make the best of it. Once we got to the property we were very glad we decided to go. It was welcoming and cozy. We arrived later in the evening so we just watched a movie and relaxed so we could enjoy the next morning. Just as the weather man predicted, it was cold and a little rainy but that didn't stop us from getting in some good fishing and enjoying some good family time. I'm certain if the weather was better, we would have enjoyed it even more but I'd highly recommend the place and would visit again. Thank you for letting us use your home.

Family Vacation

Nice place we enjoyed being able to chill by the water and not to far from the beach. Had a little hicup but Kevin was quick to help get fixed.

Beds are a dream!!

Perfect stay even when the storm rolled in. I would only say there needs to be trash cans in the bathrooms especially for women. But overall, it was a great stay!! And we will be back!

Nice and quiet get away

Great place to relax and enjoy some fishing. Our son was visiting from the air force and we just wanted a place to go to and relax and enjoy his company. This was the perfect place for that. Plus, he loves to fish so, it was perfect.

Beautiful house

Beautiful house very nicely decorated! Location is one road over from The Crab Trap and Charlie’s Bait & Boat launch so that worked out great! King bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. Outdoor area underneath the house would be great for entertaining. House was equipped with washer, dryer, cutlery and a keurig which was all we needed.
