We were pleasantly greeted when we arrived and immediately directed to the check-in desk. Check-in was a little difficult because we had trouble hearing. Music was playing a little loud and other employees were talking behind the desk loudly. The room was a little small but adequate and very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good and efficient. The location is also great. You can easily walk to CN tower in about 10 min. Would definitely stay here again.
