"The room smells like homelessness no judging but that’s not how I want to be welcomed to a room. I kept the AC so it could keep a fresh smell but it didn’t work all I got was a small cold. If you want temporary short term stay it does the job but if you’re staying for leisure this isn’t the place. "

"One person at front desk charged me by accident for something I never purchased. Stated it will be reimbursed to my card but I found this frustrating to see an additional charge on my card for no reason . Glad I monitor my credit cards daily. "

"I was desperate so I had to check in this hotel but I will never ever stay here again in my life! There are no microwaves in the rooms for good reason because there is an infestation of ANTS on the fourth floor, the heat doesn’t work, your room key just stops working randomly, there are hookers and drug addicts all over the building, I just came from the hair salon and the maintenance workers literally blew the dirt and leaves into a tornado form throughout the entrance of the building and left it there for housekeeping to sweep back outdoors the following day and a FOUL odor in the AIR IN THE REAR OF THE BUILDING. "

"Took 45 minutes to checkin due to computer issues. First room offered smelled like smoke and was refused. Crib had been requested and confirmed a couple days earlier but was not setup in room. I had to insist that staff find one and set it up in the second room. Staff needed to be asked to do everything and acted like they were doing me a favor. For 250/night! "

"We were there for a 1 night stay. Through our Hotels.Com booking, we received a $20 coupon to use in the hotel. Ok, we figured let have a couple of glasses of wine @the Bar before leaving for dinner. We requested Bar level wines (not too shelf) which were presented nicely. To our dismay, the cost of each glass of wine was $20. So, the bill was $40 + a $5 tip. We found that to be exorbitant. On checkout, we complained about the pricing but the front desk would/could not do anything to reduce that, claiming no Manager was available to assist. We were then directed to the Food Manager who also would/could not assisted but took our info and explained they would be alerted to our complaint. Waiting for a call. "
