  • "Happy Days" is a quaint studio apartment with a retro feel (800 square feet of living space) with an open floor plan and a private entrance with no steps. The studio floor plan has a king and queen size beds, full size bathroom with a shower, fully furnished kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, utensils and dishwasher, and a coffee station with all the amenities.

There is also a small gaming table that seats 4 for those fun nights of board games and cards. The dining table seats 4 but a leaf can be added for additional seating.

    The studio has a covered front porch with seating. In addition, there is an uncovered patio with fire pit and seating for up to 8 guests.
