Welcome to TwinMaple Cottage in Bayfield Wisconsin! Our 1,500 sq ft home is about a 5 min drive from downtown Bayfield with a great view of Lake Superior and Madeline Island.

You'll find a cozy living space with a full kitchen and dining area, large deck, and a fire pit surrounded by woods. You can see the lake from our living room and kitchen - making for a great place to relax and appreciate the view.

Enjoy this quiet neighborhood only minutes from shops and restaurants in downtown Bayfield, WI.

The entire cleaning fee goes directly to the cleaner as she is careful to ensure our home is clean upon your arrival.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
- Put all trash & recycle in bins in the White Shed in the back yard (no plastic bags in the recycle please) - Turn off all lights, fans, etc and close all windows and doors
- Pull down all the window shades (keeps house cooler) - Strip used bedding and leave it on the bed(s) - Leave all dirty towels from kitchen and bath in the bathroom
- Put all dishes away - Leave the washing machine door open if you used it -If you used the grill, please clean utensils and ensure gas is turned off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The place was very cute and cozy. Perfect place for us 3 and our puppy. Very close to town so location was also very convenient. The views in the morning was beautiful as well. Highly recommend this place and MaryAnn was a great host and very responsive with all questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home! The location is fantastic (minutes away from downtown Bayfield) with a gorgeous view of Lake Superior/Madeline Island and a large yard (great for our dog to stretch her legs). The home itself is very well-appointed and stocked/organized with everything needed for a very comfortable and user-friendly stay!! MaryAnn is a terrific host -- very responsive and eager to help with any questions. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

This is our second stay at this lovely home. We love everything about this place and I especially like that it has a washer and dryer and a well equipped kitchen. MaryAnn has thought of everything. You won’t need a thing while staying here. The house is very clean And decorated tastefully to make you feel at home. We plan to visit again and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Bayfield.

Beautiful and convenient

We could only stay for a couple of days - would love to come back and stay longer. We explored Madeline Island and took the cruise around the Apostle Islands - it was quite chilly, but still a great experience!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Twin Maples. It's in a very convenient location just outside Bayfield and with a view of the lake. The home is very clean and very nicely furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We had some campfires (appreciated all the firewood!), and played some boardgames in the evenings. Mornings and evenings were spent at the house. It's in a very quiet and safe area, and it was easy to make ourselves feel at home there. There's plenty of things to do in and around Bayfield so we never had to drive very far.

A Great Vacation House

The location of the house was terrific...great view of the lake...not far from Bayfield...many hiking trails nearby. The host provided all the little things that made our stay very comfortable.

We stayed at Maryann's property in Bayfield for 4 nights and wouldnt hesitate in the least to stay there again. We were instantly pleased upon arrival, with the layout, furnishings and accomodations all around. It was wonderful to have on-site laundry and appre iated all the little extras that were available to is throughout the home. The location was perfect for exploring Bayfield, being less than 5 minutes from town. The kitchen had everything we needing and more for any meal prep, etc. The furnishings were very nice, decir was lovely and our beds were quite confortable. We love cooler temps so thiught having no ac could be an issue but there are fans throughout and we were never uncomfortable in the least.

Perfect quiet getaway

The house was perfectly located just a couple minutes drive outside of Bayfield which made it convenient. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The beds were super comfy. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We have a wonderful stay!

This was our first trip to Bayfield. We had 4 adults and a dog. The property was very nice, clean and quiet. In the mornings, I enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking my coffee watching boats on Lake Superior and at night, making hotdogs and s'mores on the fire pit.

Great Stay & View!

We had a really nice stay here and the view from the window of the lake and Island were just awesome, especially when the full moon came up. Very clean too. Our dogs had fun and we made sure to clean up after them. Very close to Bayfield, so easy in and out there with great white fish fresh to eat at all the restaurants.
