The swimming pool and hot tub was great. Our door lock malfunctioned but the maintenance crew was able to fix it swiftly. Location is close to Bay field so it is a plus.

Overall we liked the hotel, the staff was friendly The bed was comfortable. My only concern was the restaurant was hardly ever open. I think it was because they have lack of help or maybe because it’s still early in the season.

Staff was so helpful and pleasant, the property sits on the lake and is an amazing view of course! The property needs updates and maintenance but I’m sure they are working on it as they can. Ate at the restaurant on a week night and rather disappointed as we went to order the fish and we were told they were out. Both choices. And this was early…asked of an appetizer “no longer have those”…then waited for a very long time for our dinner and we were the only table inside. Next time will eat downtown. But nonetheless we would stay again…:)

Beautiful view and nice suite but over priced. Short staff which is everywhere . No dinner service one night as out of food and only one person in restaurant so turned us away. Some staff actually cared and cane up to fix our TV. No compensation for any issue we had and extra taxes added to price.
