Nice little cabin for "glamping". Finished interior and actual bed rather than a bunk made this a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the property across the road in front on the cabin could use some cleanup but I'm sure the RV resort has no control over that. Overall lovely area and served it's purpose.
So clean and well managed. Nice setting. Fellow campers were quiet, mostly older with well -behaved dogs. Even campers with kids were quiet and respectful. A wonderful experience for us.
My wife and I stayed at this cabin over the weekend for a wedding. It was definitely worth the little bit extra it cost over a hotel. The location is very pretty and the little RV neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. There are plenty of things to do both at the cabin and in the nearby area. It is very close to the lake and a few great hikes. The cabin was clean and had plenty of amenities ready to go. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.
Great setting, friendly owners and staff. Really enjoyed the setting. We were there while local restaurants were recovering form the COVID slump so hours were limited. The lake was very low(drought) but, we did touristy things in, and north of Durango. A little trip, but not too bad.
it was beautiful, peaceful and just what my husband and I needed.the camp host came to our cabin to fix our grill and was just the most pleasant down home man. We will definitely be coming back and telling everyone we can about our stay here. Beautiful camp ground and amazing people.
