"Very rude staff and completly lack in customer service.. rooms are not sound proof and AC doesn't work .. highly humid as close to sea and staff is not supportive at all .. I need to leave the room as can't sleep and no further support offered by management. Don't fall in trap of fake ratings this place has .. some rooms are without windows."

"Language was a small issue, but the staff were very helpful. Rooftop and lobby Bar and breakfast service and food was not very good. Could not charge the room for anything and drinks could only be paid in cash on the rooftop bar. Rooms were spacious but in need of updating. Old town location was good with lots of shopping and dining nearby."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ferma Art Hotel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Baku, close to the main attractions and the Old City. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially loved the atmosphere and stylish design of the hotel. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Baku — we would definitely stay here again!"
