"The Manchester Grand Hyatt is our go to hotel in San Diego due to its convenient location by the Seaport Village and many restaurants and shops. We have stayed there several times and always enjoy the scenic views from our room and the hospitality of the hotel staff. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of offerings including an omelette station. The MarketOne Cafe downstairs has many items including delicious pastries and other food and drink items. It is always a great experience to stay at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego."
"Most complaints were about the upkeep and condition of the place for the price. There were notable things like edge of wallpapers, a chair that was fairly worn down, doors felt a little clunky. But it was clean. View was great. It was nice existing your room and being outside instead of in a large block of building. I'd definitely return. "
"Staff really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location is very convenient. We ended up taking the bus to and from the airport and hotel. The Gaslamp district is a quick walk and so was the waterfront. If you can, you should take the free walking tour and then.give her a good tip. We learned.a lot of San Diego history. I had no idea Wyatt Earp had a poker hall there, nor that Charles Lindburg stayed at the WMCA just down the street while he built the Spirit of St Louis.
The Nespresso machine in the room was very nice too.
We also enjoyed the free bikes and rode them to Balboa Park."
"I cannot wait for a return trip to The Del! From the moment I arrived on the property, I was treated with the best service. The bed was like a cloud, the food and drinks were amazing, and you can’t beat walking right out to the beach! "
