"The house has very spacious bedrooms and living rooms in both the the main house and bungalow. We enjoyed the grounds, hot tub and pier also. Our host Derek was very helpful and considerate of our emergency situation we had during our stay. Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy the weekend together in a great home. "

"An older smaller home that was upgraded to a very cozy place to stay while exploring Rockport and the surrounding areas. Only one bathroom that you access going through two rooms but was never a problem. There was hot water, shower and Air conditioning and a cozy environment."
