"Hot water was slow and limited "

"Overall we were slightly disappointed (is there a better word?). I realize we didn't pay for a 500 place, so we shouldn't expect that. The floors were a kind of dirty, but everything else seemed clean. The age of the place shows. It is nothing more or less than stated, but the story told isn't the reality I expected (my fault for reading more into it).The third bedroom is really a living room (as stated) with a strange couch (we thought fold out sleeper sofa). It slept fine but had no sheets...

"It was a cool experience. Didn't mind the dogs next door barking or the loud neighbors out late, The lock on the door didn't work (hopefully that gets fixed) wasn't a huge deal for us but we are semi local. Would definitely book again."

It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and there are multiple grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. There are many amazing hikes and beautiful beaches just a short drive away. "
