"It was the perfect spot for our family! The only minor complaint, which might be more of a VRBO thing not specific to this house, is that the spot itself listed on a map before you book is quite a bit different than where it actually is. It still worked great for our family!"

"The rooms were VERY small, but otherwise adequate. It is near everything and the staff members were very helpful and friendly. Scargo Restaurant is right down the road (take right leaving property) and the food is great. Further down the same road is the Cape Cod Art Museum (the theatre and movies are also there). The Museum is wonderful and the sculpture garden there is really interesting."

"The Chapter House is an absolutely charming Inn with a rich history and period elegance. Our experience began with some very attentive and inviting attention from Bill, who was the manager at check-in. He had already communicated that our room was ready and he immediately made us feel at home. He took us personally to our room, which was in the Carriage House and it was cozy and completely charming with a sumptuous King bed......great sleep! What is really charming about the Chapter House are the grounds, which include a large golf-green like lawn and patio deck with ample seating and places to relax. And lastly, a six-seater bar with great drink menu and nosh, and Bill bakes the most amazing chocolate croissants! Fabulous stay and we can't wait to go back!"

"The Sesuit Harbor House is awesome. Has a very Cape Cod feel, the owners are excellent very attentive and have done an awesome job with this property. There is a beautiful fire pit, pool, nice outside areas to eat and relax and they also have goats! I highly recommend, close to dining and beaches as well."

"I brought my husband here for his 40th birthday. We love traveling in the Northeast and were warmly greeted by the owners of the Inn, Deborah and Renee. There is a parking lot with ample space, the rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was served promptly every morning, and the special treat was fresh cookies delivered daily to the room. We enjoyed the proximity to Dennis, Hyannis, and beaches along the inner and outer capes. They're located on a street with a few high quality restaurants (not fast food chains) and some boutique shops. There's also a cafe right across the street, but we did not go there as we had breakfast at the Inn every morning. On one of the days we enjoyed a glass of wine in the yard (BYOB) - there are plenty of birds and bunnies hopping around. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay!"

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Marsh view for you! It's a nice and quiet property with a great view and everything we needed for the week. We had access to everything we needed for the beach and around the house for our 1 year old including chairs, towels, high seat, pack and play, and baby gates. Kat really goes above and beyond to be accommodating and she couldn't be nicer. Thank to Kat again for everything we really enjoyed our stay!"
