First off, the staff were super friendly and helpful! Not always around because they're on the docks a lot, but we didn't need attention. The view was so pretty every morning and night looking right out into the marina. The most important thing to mention that we are a family of five and we stated that in our reservations. We had a rollaway bed brought in before we arrived which was perfect! However, there are only four of everything in the house. Four chairs, four sets of dishes, four towels, etc. so that was pretty tricky for us. The space is quite small and the pictures are a bit misleading to make it look like there's more room than there is. I really wouldn't recommend this space for a family unless you are just passing through for the night. Also want to mention that the shower was awful! There was zero space and the spray was so wide and weak that none of the water hit you.

Loved the place, only gripe is that it said that it sleeps 5 but there’s only two beds. Someone had to sleep in the chair.

The expectations need to be relative to the location and options available. Having said that, we have stayed here twice. Bayview is lovely and this motel is quaint and served the purpose very well. Right on the water. Walking distance to everything.

This was a cute little motel, with a beautiful view. Adorable small town, with a great coffee shop close by. One of the beds was very bouncy/bowing in the middle. The back deck needs some work, and the back door knob was so loose we could hardly open the back door. The service staff was very friendly, and helpful!
