Step into an updated, open-concept kitchen and living space designed for comfort and connection. Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.

Smoking inside the home will incur a $1000 fine. When using the grill clean after use $50 cleaning fee will occur. Nobody is to go on the boat.

Perfect Stay, Highly Recommend!

Our stay at Jimmy’s place was fantastic! The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Great restaurants with many BYOB options nearby, miniature golf and ice cream just a short walk from the house. The backyard is beautiful with plenty of seating and space to relax. Jimmy was a great help in making booking a breeze. Amazing location, able to take day trips to LBI and point pleasant easily. We can't wait to come back!
