Beautifully appointed first floor unit on the north end of the complex consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. . Interior access to the pool and ocean. Nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen. Don't wait to book this one. Tenant has choice of purchasing the $70 NON REFUNDABLE damage insurance plus a refundable security deposit of $350 or $500 Security deposit.. TENANTS WILL BE CHARGED IF LATE FOR CHECKOUT UP TO A FULL DAYS RATE. Please respect the check out time so the cleaners can get in on time.
