Perfect for families with kids or anyone who wants to unwind near the ocean. Spacious living areas, three bedrooms, kid room with 2 bunk beds and a trundle. It has everything set up so you can spend more time in the water or simply enjoy a quiet coastal escape.
Location: 1615 Central Ave Unit 1 is the address on the condo. 1B is the legal address. It's across the street from the Ship Bottom Police Station, up the road from the famous roast beef sandwich at the Port Hole, around the corner from the best white clam sauce at Ship Bottom Shellfish, and you can sometimes hear the music at Joe Pops.
Parking: Two dedicated parking spots out front plus public parking in the lot across the street.
Water gear Included: all sizes/kinds wetsuits, 8 beginner and intermediate surfboards with leases, 8 boogie boards and fins, and plenty of fishing gear.
Beach Setup: 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys, beach towels.
Extras: surf lessons, professional photography
Unique Touch: A “surfboard menu” so every rider finds the right board to enjoy the week.
