This beautiful decorated townhouse is located in walking distance to a bagel shop & deli, livin on the veg, bike rentals and spray beach yacht club. Also, it is 5 minutes away from Bay Village, Fantasy Island and all the Beach Haven restaurants. This townhouse layout is as follows, the ground level offers an enclosed entryway and garage. The main level has a family room opened up to a kitchen, you ll also find a half bath and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer and a deck panoramic bay views. The top level provides the master bedroom suite with master bath along with two other bedrooms and a full bath. Rooftop deck with great sunset views. No smoking. No Vaping allowed. Tenant to bring own pillows and blankets, these items are not provided.
