Beautiful, One Large Bedroom Apart. in an Updated Victorian home, (NOW WITH CENTRAL AIR AND HEAT)in the heart of Beach Haven Historical District, across from Bi-Centennial/Veterans Park, sit in the porch of this beautiful home and see the world go by( rain or shine), or walk the streets all around this home and feel that you are in a special area with beautiful turn of the century Victorians and beautiful Shore Cottages.
Large yard, property is fenced in, ideal for children to play, also the Bicentennial/Veterans Park across the street provides for bigger playground for larger playing groups.

Great Location

Charming home within walking distance of the beach and many local amenities including market, restaurants, activities et cetera. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location.

We were in town for a wedding and this rental was perfect for my family of three. We tacked on an extra day to enjoy the beach and Fantasy Island. Everything was in walking distance from the property so it was nice not needing to move the car after we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

LBI PERFECT LOCATION

I have been staying on LBI for my vacations for 35 years, my family and I have always found the most wonderful hosts and homes. This was no exception, great host and place in my favorite, Beach Haven. Absolutely beautiful place and location.

Excellent host and location

The rental unit was super clean and the host was super attentive. She even turned the lights on for us because of our late arrival. Can’t beat the location. Highly recommended!

Last minute getaway

This was just a quick getaway for a few days to relax by the beach. The location was perfect. Even in the off season there were enough restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the beach was right there. Maria was very helpful and accommodating.

Labor Day getaway

We booked this unit last minute and we had a great stay! The unit is in the best location! So close to the beach and we didn’t use our car once! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants! Also, The bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again!

Lovely Apartment

The apartment is cozy and charming and so close to the beach. We loved the porch and took advantage of the big side yard to catch some sun (too windy for the beach). One of the best things was to host Maria, who was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely consider renting here again.

Perfect Couple Getaway

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I for a 3 night mid-week stay. Very short walk to the beach, groceries, shopping and restaurants. Very clean, refreshed, quiet and cozy. Great water pressure. Fully equipped. Front porch for coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening was also perfect.

Beautiful apartment in a nice Victorian home

The apartment was beautiful and clean with a lovely covered porch and a great view of the park across the street! The bathroom had a nice large shelving unit to store your extra things. There was a nice roomy outdoor shower in the back with a separate dry area to change your clothes. Great location! Everything was within a short walk: the beach, restaurants, and grocery store! We loved our stay and hope to be back next year.

Location! Location! Location!

This location was perfect! You can walk to everything. The beach is a stone’s throw away, a market and liquor store are on the corner, great restaurants are right up the block and a fantastic theater is less than a quarter mile away. We saw a play that was good enough for broadway at a fraction of the price. The unit we stayed in was perfect for a couple. It had everything you needed and more, including a grill and front porch. It was cozy, nicely decorated and clean. Great alternative to starting in a hotel and more reasonably priced.

Accurate listing

We found the beach house to be just perfect for our weekend getaway. The location is absolutely in the perfect spot. 2 minute walk to the water and 2-5 minute walk to shops/ restaurants. Maria's place comes as advertised. Clean and roomy for a couple. Kitchen had everything we needed to make quick meals. Outdoor shower with hot water and hose to wash off beach chairs, etc.. the front porch is shared, but is divided so you know where you belong. Everything was really nice and we would stay here again. Priced right for the location and amenities. Thank you to Maria for sharing your little slice of the good life with us! We will definitely be back Kitch

Perfect Location in Historic District & Very Close to Beach!

Great location in a Victorian House! So close to the beach that we hardly used our car. Matter of fact, we parked it down the block next to the beach entrance & used it to store our beach chairs & umbrellas so we didn’t have to lug our gear back & forth! We enjoyed walking & riding our bicycles to the grocery store - only 2 blocks away & to the many restaurants and lovely shops conveniently located nearby. This is a great apartment for guests who cannot climb a lot of stairs. We enjoyed relaxing on the inviting wrap around porch that faces Veteran’s Park & had the added bonus of listening to the Wednesday evening concert from the comfort of the porch. We felt safe riding our bicycles on the wide, clearly marked bicycle lanes and we were able to lock them up on the porch at night. Our host Maria has excellent communication skills and responded quickly to our questions. We had the opportunity to meet the two couples renting the larger apartment next to ours and they have been renting it for their vacation every year for the last 15 years! so that is a testament of their satisfaction of this location and care the host provides them. Our one bedroom unit was comfortable enough for my husband & me. The kitchen does not have a lot of counter space for prepping meals; there are 2 electric burners, no oven, but it was still functional enough for us and there is also a gas grill and an outdoor eating area provided for guests. We had a lovely stay & hope to return in the future.

May Vacation

My husband and I stayed in Apt 4. It was very clean and nicely furnished. Great location to restaurants, supermarket and especially the beach. Lovely porch to sit and enjoy the day and view. Maria and Paulo were wonderful hosts. We plan to stay here in the future.

Great Beach Getaway

The home is beautiful and was super clean. There is an adorable porch for sitting out with your coffee or enjoying a book. We enjoyed the house and the location is near to many stores and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The owner made our rental process easy and was very friendly and courteous, she made us feel very welcome! We highly recommend this home.
