- Welcome to Friends Way in Beautiful North Beach. A bayfront property on a private easement with 100 ft wide open water views and deeded ocean access across the street. Only 8 houses to the ocean. The house offers 2 living areas, an extra-large ground-level deck with a fire pit, 7-person Hot Tub, and in-ground pool in a fenced yard..
The kitchen is well stocked with a Viking gas range, Bosch dishwasher, and Subzero refrigerator. With plenty of room for the family in its 5 bedrooms, multiple decks for watching the sunset, newly updated a game room, primary bath and much more.
12 Beach passes are offered as well as a beach cart and 12 beach chairs. 2 Kayaks are provided for use on the bay. A pet is considered.
Primary bedroom plus 2 on upper floor, with 2 full baths. Main floor has 2 bedrooms full bath and half bath .
