This thoughtfully appointed single-family home offers one-floor living with private parking. It's streamlined layout allows you to enter through the living room or eat-in kitchen. The living room is outfitted with a queen sleeper sofa and sleeper loveseat.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with private 3/4 bath. The other two bedrooms offer a full bed and two twin bunks . Off the hall is the laundry closet with washer/dryer and the main full bath. The eat-in kitchen boasts new counter tops, updated appliances, garbage disposal and on-demand reverse osmosis water filter which means no rushing out to buy more bottles of water — just refill your own!
Custom stained glass windows (created by local artist Mary Tantillo of Swell Studio) and a vaulted atrium ceiling allowing for extra light and air circulation add to the eclectic appeal of this unique home.
14th Street is known for some of the island's best surfing. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, donuts, liquor stores, salons, shopping and entertainment. A perfect all-season rental for family and friends.
