New kitchen with dishwasher and sectional with pull out couch. Outdoor shower and 2 second floor decks, one large with patio set for entertaining. Bring your own linens. Can rent with listing 4754524 for whole house (3 br, 2 bath, 2 kitchens).
    This is a great family neighborhood (not a party house).
