Nice ocean block contemporary home in heart of Surf City. This home is located right next to the Park on 11th St, and very close to beach and shops and food. Reverse living contemporary with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor – 1 of the bedrooms has a deck off of it, and a sun room. Upstairs features a large open concept living, dining and kitchen areas with a deck and a roof top deck along with a roof top deck which makes 4 decks for your use. 6 beach badges are provided - tenant responsible if lost to replace. Pillows and blankets are provided.
