"Incredible Service and Food Marred by Misleading Amenities. We had a mixed experience here, though the hotel staff and culinary team deserve five stars. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional; the staff treated us like family, and the food was consistently amazing. However, the property is currently a major construction zone. Much of the resort is surrounded by work sites, leaving the basketball and tennis courts non-functional. Most advertised water slides are out of order or under construction, with only the children's slides available. The gym is also a letdown: the equipment is rusty, outdated, and only one of the three treadmills actually works. Other advertised perks, like the sushi bar and rowing, simply do not exist, and there is a hidden fee for the billiards table and game room. A major warning regarding the Spa: Please note that the spa is a third party only renting space and is not affiliated with the hotel. While the hotel staff is lovely, the spa management and sales team were incredibly pushy, rude, and unprofessional. They misrepresented their packages and changed pricing daily based on arbitrary reasons. It was a total turnoff. I ended up going to an outside hamaam for a fraction of the price and received 10x better service. The Bottom Line: Come for the wonderful hotel staff and the food, but be prepared for significant construction and misleading amenity descriptions. Stay far away from the on-site spa sales team."

"I would like to share my concerns about the restaurant at the hotel. The hot food counters had broken lids, which meant the food was not kept at a safe temperature. As a result, the food dropped below 60°C and became cold. This creates a serious health risk, as it allows harmful bacteria to grow, including Salmonella, Escherichia coli (E. coli), Listeria monocytogenes, and Clostridium perfringens. These bacteria can be dangerous and potentially cause food poisoning. More than 20 hot counter lids was broken. Because of this, I did not feel safe eating certain foods, especially rice, fish, and chicken. I avoided them out of concern for my health. Additionally, I was disappointed with the inconsistency in service from the staff serving tea, coffee, and other drinks. Sometimes they brought drinks directly to my table, but when my wife asked, she was told to get up and take it herself from the machine. However, I observed that they were serving other tables without asking them to do the same. This felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Overall, these issues negatively affected my experience at the hotel."

"This was one of the best all-inclusive hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptional – always polite, kind, and incredibly helpful. The property itself is massive, offering a wide range of amenities and activities for guests of all ages. The dining options were outstanding, with a diverse selection of delicious food available around the clock. You’ll find countless bars and snack buffets scattered throughout the resort, ensuring you’re never far from a quick bite or refreshing drink. The hotel boasts a beautiful, private beach with a beautiful coastline, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. On the opposite side of the property, there’s a big water park, complete with exciting rides for both adults and children, adding an extra layer of fun for families. Evenings at the hotel are a true highlight, with top-notch entertainment every night. There are dedicated children’s programs, followed by impressive, diverse shows for adults. After that, the night continues with live music or DJ sets, each themed differently to keep things fresh and exciting. We had an absolutely wonderful time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone – it’s incredibly family-friendly, with something for everyone. We will definitely be back!"
