"I really appreciated this hotel. As a solo female traveler, I found it to be super central to beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops, travel agencies, and transportation. The hotel is clearly a family run business, and you can feel the TLC that goes into it. It's clean, quiet, and though the amenities are simple, I didn't expect to spend my days on the property. It provided what I wanted and needed. *A note. If you are expecting to do any work on your holiday, please be aware that the wifi for me was choppy at best, from my room. The owner tried to re-adjust the modem for me, but it didn't make much of a difference. There are a couple of strong signals from the pool and breakfast area, and that was just enough for me. Ultimately, it didn't negatively impact my vacation, but I mention that to those travelers that are heavily reliant on internet. To be fair though, I found signal to be choppy in a lot of parts of the island - but again, that was EXACTLY what I needed from this getaway. I hope to come back to this wonderful island one day and I would 100% stay at Le Mirage again."

"Dimitra studios is a small complex, really well situated near Benitses Marina. The apartment was cleaned daily and was spotless. We paid for a balcony with sea view which was completely uninterrupted. The staff were friendly, we generally had the pool to ourselves and there was always somewhere to park the hire car. The rooms and kitchen and bathroom are basic, but that is in line with the price. The A/C worked well, if a bit noisy. It does need some maintenance, and a bit of investment. It is Cofu on a budget with a pool and a view. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate its simple Greek, no frills charm."

"The staff were fabulous and so very helpful. On the surface the room was clean, very dusty under furniture. The pool was ok. Could have done with a bit of a refurb. Looking a little run down. The bar was great and the food we had (breakfast x 2 and a pizza were good. All in all a great family stay. We were there for 4 nights and were ready to move on."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Gina Studios, Andreas was very friendly and helpful (booked us transport to and from the airport, was there on arrival and showed us round the room and pool area himself) as was the cleaner. The room was spot on, beds were very comfortable and I would describe it as more than an economy triple. Pool is small but lovely and takes advantage of the great view, it was perfect to come back to after spending the day at the beach (about 5/10 min walk), and usually very quiet. The only slight issue to be aware of was the steep hill up to the studios so not suitable if mobility problems."

"The Alysium Hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere and is a small hotel which I prefer. The staff were nice and friendly. We didn't receive any bathrobes even after we asked for them. The private beach isn't sandy it is a pebble beach as are all the beaches in the area. Also the sea the Hotel overlooks isn't blue it's a grayish colour. The pool area was nice with very comfortable sun beds and you can order snacks and drinks from the Pool bar. My only regret is that I didn't go to the part of Corfu which has the sandy beaches. I was glad I didn't go half board as this includes a set buffet 3 course meal which I wasn't too impressed with, I preferred the A La Carte menu which is served at the Bar where you can choose your own food which tasted much nicer and also sit outside. You have to catch a bus to Benitses Town which is about half a mile away from the Hotel for a Taverna or to buy any supplies you might need as there are no shops close by. I would recommend the Boat Tour to Paxos and Anti Paxos and Corfu Town is really nice and very old worldly."
