"We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect, the staff was great and very friendly. The breakfast was vast and delicious. Easy to park. Easy to get in and get out. Very informative. Lots of papers and guides to guide you through the area and the hotel. "

"Family room was spacious for family of four. Decent breakfast. Parking was free. Only issue was with the automated check-in kiosk. It did not find our reservation. Had to call the support number to get the check-in code for the building and room since we arrived after hours. Their reception is not manned 24/7. "

"The room was nice and tidy, and the area was great. The customer service was extremely slow. We did not get an email about how to check in and had to call up to get access to the room. After 3 days of emailing around to various people, I finally got in contact with someone, but still yet to receive a check in email. There was also reference to a folder in the apartment that supposedly had check out instructions, this did not exist either. "

It was well equipped with modern features (such as smart TV, internet and BBQ) while at the same time retaining a sense of rural charm and individual identiy. Katja was the perfect host. She contacted us before our departure to organise arrangements, met us on arrival to talk through the property and was available throughout our stay to answer any questions.
