"Family of 4 with 2 young kids - stayed in 2 queens room. Had everything needed. Didn’t have the breakfast as had a lazy day but nice that it was included. Beds were comfy and staff at the lobby and valet service were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and highly recommend. Also great location to visit Portsmouth. Enjoyed our 1 night stay and would come again."

"We loved staying here! Loved that it had a full kitchen, and the location was perfect! We could park the car and then not have to worry about having to drive around. We stayed in town to enjoy the Prescott Park's outdoor theater (within' walking distance) and was easily able walk around to find places to eat or shop around. We also loved the rooftop table and seating area. When we are in the area we will be back!"

"The best part of the unit was the location, right across from the ocean and just down the street from the sand beach. The listing was accurate - we knew we would have a partially obstructed view. The downside was the unit didn't seem to be a rental "by owner". It seemed to be a (non local) rental company. A lot of small things weren't great - beds sqeeked/creaked badly, mattresses were poor, not enough towel bars and hooks for wet towels and bathing suits, thin bath towels, no laundry, etc. Also the back bedroom could have easily fit a twin bed along with the full/queen, making it more comfortable for families. The link to the website for information on the unit was hard to navigate and not particularly helpful. This all being said, the 'owners' were very responsive the couple times we needed to reach out. If it wasn't so incredibly expensive, I would rate it higher, but for the cost we wouldn't rent here again."
