"We loved our stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. The location was fantastic—close to Bethany Beach, restaurants, shopping, and everything else we wanted to do, while still being in a peaceful area.The host was friendly, communicative, and made everything easy from check-in through checkout. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Bethany/Ocean View area!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the layout of this house. It was convenient to the beach and playground and Paradise Grill. The golf cart was fun to have too. We used the pool, beach, pickleball courts, disc golf, plaground and went to the Grill. My only suggestion is better lighting in the kitchen. The island lights are cute but don't provide a lot of light and the ceiling lights could be brighter. Maybe a few more chairs/seating in the family room to watch tv since so many guests can sleep here. Lastly, darker or blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The curtains are sheer and it's bright in the mornings. We would definitely get this rental again. Loved it!"

"We enjoyed our stay--quiet place, not far to drive to the beach or kayaking. The table on the patio was lovely for dinner and breakfast. And we really appreciated the dog-friendly part. Our only problem was a toilet overflow. We called and texted but didn't get clear responses so lost some time waiting around for a repair person who never appeared. Things happen, but it seemed communication got a little mixed up."

"The property was perfect! Very clean and easy to enter and exit for my father who is handicap. We spent a lot of time on the back patio which overlooked the bay with a fountain. A plus was the private outdoor pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked questions about local information. A very relaxed environment."
