"We very much enjoyed our stay on Bailey Island. We loved sitting on the deck with coffee in the mornings while watching boats pass back and forth. We ate at the local restaurants but also frequented Glen's Lobsters and cooked dinners in the cottage. Thank you Catsy and Tom for your kindness."
Spacious Cottage Perfect for a Peaceful and Quiet stay on the Ocean with Beach

"This was our second year renting this cottage and we already have reserved it for 2 weeks next year. It has everything we needed for our stay, including everything needed to cook lobsters! (A lot cheaper to make your own than ordering at a restaurant). My favorite activity was sitting on the red chairs overlooking the ocean and reading a book. There were lots of other things to do that were more active, but I really liked relaxing while watching the lobster boats go by. I also loved the comfortable temperatures and listening to the ocean at night.My husband and I did venture off the island a few times to play golf and took a ride up to Rockland. We also enjoyed eating out at local restaurants, particularly the Dolphin and Cooks. Most of the time we ate breakfast in the cottage ( thank you, Eric, for the brand new coffee pot). We did go out to the Fishnet Cafe a couple of mornings ( great breakfast) and I would gladly have eaten a lemon scone from the Salt Cod Cafe right over the bridge every morning!Already missing the island and looking forward to next year’s stay."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay on Bailey Island at your Bailey Island condo. Waking up each morning to the smell of ocean air, a beautiful view of the cove, the sound of seagulls & active lobster fisherman allowed us to experience true New England charm. The condo was clean, well stocked & quiet, we were all sad to leave. If we ever have the chance we would return in a heartbeat!"

"Atlantic View is a wonderful house with a gorgeous ocean view. The kitchen was well-equipped for making family dinners. The three levels of living space allowed us both to gather and to have some privacy. And the wraparound porch with the Adirondack chairs is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a cold beverage after a day exploring the island. One of the best VRBO rentals I’ve stayed at!"

"It was the perfect little cabin. It had ocean views on two sides so it felt very open. There was a big deck to sit out on and enjoy the ocean breezes. It was decorated very tastefully and had everything that I needed."

We were warmly greeted by the cottage owners who live next door. The cottage is very cute, comfortable and roomy. It is well equipped with nice furnishings. The cottage was impeccably clean. We used the king bed which is very comfortable and the mattresses and bedding all looked brand new. My husband uses a walker and the layout made it easy for home to get around. There is a ramp to one of the doors and everything is on one level. The cottage is on a hill with a large deck and a beautiful sweeping ocean view. We spent a lot of time on the deck! It is one row back from oceanfront in a charming quiet neighborhood. Can you tell we had a great time?! We highly recommend Cedar Ledge Cottage."
