The property is new and very clean. The amenities are nice. Simone was super friendly and helped us with many questions. Honestly, the rest of the staff, not so much.
The area is nice for walking around despite the busy traffic.
Everything closes at 8 except fine restaurants that you need a reservation for. Highly recommend the hotel but don’t think we’ll return Genoa.

It was close to everything. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel rooms could use a bit of renovation. The lobby doesn't represent the rooms. The A/C doesn't cool. We ended up opening the window. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Breakfast is amazing! Staff was great. Andre at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations and booking dinner reservations. We were a family of 8 with 3 rooms. The hotel is in a great location to shops, dining and transportation. Highly recommend staying here.
