We enjoyed a rather pleasant 3-day stay at Ibsens recently. We had reserved a small room that actually seemed larger than we had expected. It was clean, comfortable with a nice shower. The hotel is in an excellent location near the Norreport Station (only a few blocks away) and the bridge into Norrebro (also a few blocks). Restaurants, cafes, coffeehouses, shopping, parks and museums are all located within steps of the front entrance. The “Cozy Hour” in the first floor lounge every afternoon was a nice touch. Definitely struck up conversation with other travelers. The one issue we had was that the hotel staff were surprisingly a bit inconsistent with their service. Most staff were very friendly and helpful; a few not-so-much. With that said, we had a nice stay and would consider Ibsens for future visits.

There is a complimentary wine hour and happy hour each night that is a welcome activity when traveling and you don’t feel like being out in the town. Breakfast is good. The only downside is the rooms are small, but still I would return.
