"I had booked a single queen bed room. When we checked in Maddison said those rooms were only in their annex building. She immediately upgraded us to a king room facing the city and lake. It was a beautiful room and view. I later went down o thank her for our upgrade. She modestly said you’re welcome. She always loves to do an upgrade when possible. The room was quiet and comfortable and made for a great night in Marquette. The location was walkable to everything we were three to see."

"This was a great place for the price. Nice pool, hot tub although we didn't use them. Also had a Sauna. The breakfast was mediocre. The air conditioner in our room was older and although it worked great, There was no knob on the temperature control so you could only turn it from low fan to low or high air but could not control the temperature. Even on low, it was very cold. Turn it to fan though and the room got stuffy."

"The Jasper Ridge Inn is a nice place to stay in Ishpeming. We enjoyed the breakfast on our first morning. On the second morning, we went to breakfast and although there were 10-15 minutes left to be open, there were no biscuits for the biscuits and gravy and if the waffle maker had been out, it was already put away. We would also suggest a different brand of coffee. I would give it a C+ rating in taste. The rooms were clean and comfortable. So was the bed but the pillows were not. Overall, our stay was okay."

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean. And It was the perfect location for where we needed to go, with only a short distance to downtown Marquette, with lots to see on the way. Grocery stores near by if you need any last minute items. The pool and sauna were an added bonus. My daughter was living her best life."

"We were very happy with this rental. It was very clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The setting was beautiful. The artwork was much more interesting than in other rentals we’ve had. Books and games were available with some interesting books included. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We weren’t bothered by the traffic as we live on a busy road, but some might find the trucks going by at all hours a problem."
