The house was very clean, comfortable and cozy — everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway.Wendy is a fantastic host — friendly, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed. "Another wonderful stay at Huron Horizons. We love the area and the cottage is beautiful. I think this recent visit was our third. Besides the cottage, which never disappoints, there is wildlife in the area. We saw a bald eagle, a coyote or wolf, and lots of deer in the region. The Big Bay eating spots are always nice and the ones in Marquette are also good. This place is so well-maintained and help is a text message away if renters have any questions. Great peaceful getaway."

"My wife’s grandfather and mine both worked together at the railroad. So finding this caboose was a great little getaway for the both of us Paul is a great host and has done a great job with the caboose! We loved it!"
