"Loved the view condo was super clean "

"The check in process was time consuming, the air conditioner didn't work, the water pressure was very poor and had to have maintenance contacted daily for problem. The fireplace and sound bar didn't operate properly and had to contact maintenance to get it repaired. There were bugs on the kitchen stove, i submitted pics to the host andneverreceiveda response. Every day we were there we had to contact the host for some problem and this was not the way to enjoy a luxury resort. We had to walk to the front gate because security would not allow Uber to pick us up or drop us off at our condo. I will never return to this property. I recommend any other property for your stay. We travel every month and never experienced this type of issues without some type of compensation when a problem occurs. Avoid this property if you want an enjoyable experience."
