Sunlit large comfort apartment with mountain views on Lake Chiemsee

"Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, super die Fliegengitter im Schlaf- und Wohnbereich um die Hitze nachts etwas raus zu bekommen. Sehr kleines Manko, beim Fernsehempfang sind viele gängige Programme nicht zu bekommen."

"We stayed there for one night prior to visiting Herrenchiemsee. It was a short drive (15 minutes) to the ferry. The hotel is very rural. Breakfast was nice. Guests are given a table number for where to sit for breakfast which I guess avoids any issues with finding a clean table. One slightly quirky thing, which we liked, was that each room had a golf club and ball to use a mini golf course in the garden. The room was very hot even with the fan on. It was a lovely hotel with a spa and plenty of hiking routes nearby. We would have preferred to have stayed in Prien an Chiemsee but most hotels had a minimum number of nights stay which this hotel didn't have. It's definitely a good choice for a short visit to that area."

"A very lovely place for a quick rest during a hectic travel itinerary. The lake is gorgeous and being able to go for a swim was a welcome reprieve from the heat. One note - the rooms do not have air conditioning. We happened to be there during an extremely hot time. We were provided with a good fan, which helped a lot. I'm certain that AC is unnecessary 90% of the time, we just happened to be there when it would have made a big difference in the overall comfort."

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können jedem nur empfehlen,hier seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.Vielen herzlichen Dank auch für die Unterstützung für meinen Mann,der mir zum Hochzeitstag Blumen in die Ferienwohnung liefern lassen wollte, das war eine besondere Überraschung und Freude bei der Ankunft.Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles,auch die Aufmerksamkeiten, die bei unserer Anreise bereitstanden und den netten, sympathischen Kontakt"

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und großzügig. Zur nächsten Badestelle sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuß und in die Innenstadt von Prien auch. Die Küche und die gesamte Wohnung sind ehr gut ausgestattet."

"The hotel is very conveniently located right on the shoreline of the Chiemsee & near the boats that ferry to the castle island. There is also a really good steakhouse (Maximillian) connected to the hotel. The beds & pillows are the most comfortable we've had in Germany. If you're staying in Prien am Chiemsee, this is the best!"
