"Wow! The moment we opened the door we were blown away by the views. I have stayed on Ossipee for 20 years but never had this view! The house was clean and organized. We have three children (8, 6 and 1) and the beach (and it's super close proximity to the house) was perfect. The older kids could be on the beach or in the shallow water while we could easily supervise them from the porch with the baby. Peter and Barbara were super helpful, friendly and patient with us trying to navigate parking and launching our boat and jet ski. The bunk house was also super clean, cute and cozy. We had fires and s'mores every night- except for our adventure day to our favorite, Santa's Village (1 hour and 35ish away!). Thank you for the best week!"

"No towels, for $1185 for three night and no towels, had to take out the trash and sweep the floors, and was expected to leave a tip for the maid I never saw, that was wrong, needless to say I didn’t leave a tip, besides that , the place was great lots to do had fun, next time I’ll rent a camper and stay on the other side of the property, front desk was awesome, answered all my questions,"
Lakefront home with views, water access for boating & swimming

"July 2026. This property was very nice. On the water with overall great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The house had everything we needed for 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 dogs. The screened porch with rocking chairs and table were great for enjoying the days/evenings without bugs and still able to see the lake and sunsets. Cons: extremely firm beds, they seem new but firmness not our preference, the electric stovetop was slow at heating/cooking food - did not use the oven, yard not maintained, no idea where the hot tub is. Pros: water access, views, pet friendly, porch and deck, house is clean, house located away from a quiet road, great New England camp/lake house. This house is solid for a vacation camp on the lake. It may not be as extravagant as some of the neighboring homes but for getting a solid house right on the lake it was perfect . We would definitely stay here again. Lisa M.."

"This beautiful lake house is exactly as advertised. The owners obviously care about the property and the renters experience. There are plenty of amenities for lake enjoyment and clear and helpful notes on the house and overall area. Sarah is just a text away with any questions or issues. My family had an amazing time. Highly Recommend this property."

"Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful lake home with our family! We had 12 guests stay here to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from UNH (Go WildCats!) and the house provided the perfect backdrop for such a special milestone.Communication with Matt and Jenn was great and made the check-in process very easy and stress-free. The lake views were absolutely stunning, and the huge kitchen made it so easy to prepare our meals. We spent the evenings gathered around the fire pit and the living room fireplace, sharing stories and creating new memories. The spacious layout and downstairs game room gave everyone plenty of room to relax and catch up. Your thoughtful amenities made our stay incredibly easy and stress-free. We are definitely considering a return in the future and highly recommend your home to anyone looking for a perfect group getaway!"
