"NOT WORTH THE MONEY We picked this hotel as it looked great private beach with sunbeds . Jacuzi on the roof . None of this is there . The beach is being bilt and is a building site . The spa is at a diffrent a diffrent hitel along qith a pool and they wantbyou to pay for the service. . Not impressed . Positive the breakfast is verybgood. The location is good . There is beter for value around . "

"There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am. FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE AN EMAIL.? The EMAIL ASKED ME TO EXPLAIN MY COMPLAINT. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO AN ENEMY"

"What a delightful stay at The Chedi, Lustica Bay. I loved everything about the hotel including the staff - all the staff I encountered during my stay. You will need a car to go to other places in town but there is enough in the hotel for a luxury holiday. Love, Love, Love. I have to come back with my husband, we will love it totally."

"This was an extremely unpleasant place to stay. The rooms had a stale, lingering smell, and the bathroom reeked of sewage. The outdoor pool was out of service with no explanation, and it looked like it had been that way for quite some time. The indoor pool was poorly lit to the point where it was difficult to even find your way around, everything felt dark and neglected. Hot water would cut out for long periods, and the heater in the room made constant, disruptive noise. Requests for assistance were ignored, with staff rarely showing up when needed. Breakfast was shockingly inadequate, portions were minimal (at one point, just a couple of kiwi slices shared among many guests), and there was no variety to speak of. Overall, the experience was dreadful. I felt uncomfortable and uneasy throughout my stay and was simply counting down the time until I could leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
