"This house sits in a beautiful setting with great views. We saw several blue herons flying by and one on the River walk, and a group of deer as well. With 10 people staying there it still felt spacious and had plenty of room for visiting, cooking, watching TV, bathrooms, etc. The mother-in-law unit is great for anyone who needs a little extra space or privacy/quiet. "

"Perfect house for families and kids! The pool table and foosball table were a huge hit! The beach is just a short walk away. The home was furnished nicely and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay again!"

"The location is amazing and the property is so cute! It is nice and small and great for a cozy time! The bed was very comfy and the living room was very nice to chill in. We would definitely love to rebook! "

"The house was clean, well laid out, well appointed and had stunning views. So many games and puzzles! It was only a short drive to beach access and close enough to Pacific City to enjoy the offerings there but was quiet and had the “away from it all” feeling. One thing to note is that the water from the tap was very salty. There is a water dispenser with drinking water provided, but make sure there’s enough in there to get you through your first night there. Property management was quick to reply when we asked for another (ours was empty), and it was an easy issue to solve, just surprising. All in all it is definitely a place we’d want to rent again!"
