"Location is convenient to everything especially the festival grounds, downtown and the lift. We stayed in room #9. The room was clean and well maintained. You just need to realize it is a very small loft unit with a bed and dresser upstairs and the bathroom and a two seat couch downstairs. The bathroom sink is actually in the living room. There is a shared living space on the first floor with a kitchen. It was nice to have breakfast provided."

"We stayed here with our two boys (3 years and 10 months) and couldn't have asked for a better setup. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and the welcome bag was a really nice touch. The place was spotless and genuinely had everything we needed - pack and play, fans, lawn chairs, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The porch was great to sit on in the morning and evening. Location is honestly the best in Telluride - steps from the Bear Creek Falls trailhead and an easy walk to the gondola.We'll absolutely be staying here again next year!"
