Welcome to your perfect getaway! This charming modern farmhouse is designed for large groups, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone. With 3 bedrooms, a lofted upstairs with built-in beds, and 2.5 bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to 16 people. The home is fully equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and high-speed WiFi for a seamless stay.



Relax and unwind in the spacious living areas, or enjoy endless entertainment with a pool table, classic video arcade, golden tee video arcade, board games, and a PlayStation 4. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit (wood included) or have a drink at the outdoor bar while grilling on the propane grill.



For extra convenience, the property features four (4) Smart TVs — three indoors and one in the outdoor bar area — so you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies no matter where you're relaxing.

If guest limit (16 people) is exceeded, a charge of $500/day will be applied
NO smoking, pets or parties in the house or on the property. $500 fee per night of stay, if caught on camera. Zero exceptions.
