"The place was wonderful, clean, and quiet most of the time. However, I didn’t like that the check-in person directed me to a saleswoman who pushed me into a two-hour Sapphire timeshare resort scam in exchange for giving me free tickets to a local activity place. The rude, older saleswoman and the sales manager at the presentation were angry that I wouldn’t sign a contract for $15,000 over 10 years with monthly fees. They kept trying to change the amount, and when I told them I needed to review it, they were very nasty. Unbelievable — I will never go back to this resort for allowing this!"

"The room and common areas were very clean and smelling clean. There was easy and available parking. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the daily variety as well different daily options. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially at breakfast. Much appreciated since we were heading to hike most of the day. We definitely recommend and we’ll be staying at Residence Inn on our future trips. Thank you"

"The property was nice and quiet and clean. The check in process was quick and easy, they even drew the quickest route to our room. They offered activities such as star gazing and yoga at no cost which is a nice add on. The room was spacious and comfortable. The gym is very basic with limited equipment. For food the rascal is the only option but if you cross the street you have Safeway right there and a bunch of other places that you can walk to. We also walked to the sugarloaf trailhead and did some of those trails. (It’s a 20ish min walk from the hotel) "

"Great place for a small family reunion. Facilities are great, bedrooms, array, bathrooms are great. We just tell you to ask them to heat up the pool a little before you get there. It was a little cold on the first day."
