The Hotel was in a great location. Easy access to subway to get downtown. Lots of nice stores to do a little shopping close to the hotel and a variety of restaurants. Staff were great and helpful all weekend and maids service was excellent. Always returned to freshly made beds, and fresh towels. The only downside was that our key for the elevator(room key) never gave us access to the elevator. We had to ask the staff every time we wanted to go up to come help us. Finally on our last night of our three night stay the man working the front desk gave us a new card and it worked. (They had tried this once before but nobody tried again and it hadn’t worked). We were 5 adults in our suite, but never had enough hot water to shower. 2 showers at most were lucky to get some hot water. Rooms could use a refresh. Overall it was a good stay but these are things they could work on.

La sécurité était présente, c'était réconfortant. L'hôtel est très propre et le déjeuner inclus extraordinaire. Il y a de tout, des fruits, des fromages, du saumon fumé, du yogourt jusqu'au déjeuner complet (œufs, bacon, saucisse, gaufres...), C'est un wow !

The staff went over and above to help me with properly storing some frozen food samples I was bringing for work, and then again at the end of my day to help with storing my luggage for a conference day after I'd checked out. The front entrance to the hotel is across from several quick meal options, and the back entrance is on a quieter side street that worked well for ride pick ups. Fantastic, spacious room with a great kitchenette, that was also much quieter than expected. Great bed, great water pressure. 10/10
