Writers - Two story cabin with Hot Tub Writers Cabin

A comfortable, queen-sized bed in designer linens in the upstairs loft accents this cabin’s restful and rejuvenating ambiance.

This was the cabin that Sarah Chayes stayed in on her return from Afghanistan in 2004.

Previous to Sarah’s visit, the cabin was called the “Brown Roof.” It was renamed in 2005 “The Writer’s Cabin” in her honor.

Wonderful stay

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here with our two dogs. Perfect kitchen, great hot tub, good wifi and TV. Would definitely come here again!!

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful, quiet and well maintained. Be sure to take a hike around the lake. We'll be back to Lago Linda!

Wonderful and quiet getaway

The cabin was great and clean. They knew it was our honeymoon and the owners went above and beyond to decorate the cabin and make us feel welcomed. Property was peaceful and well taken care of.

Lovely Cabin by A Lake

We had a great time staying at the Writers cabin. It was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful view of the lake. We were able to hike, kayak, swim and soak in the hot tub. We'll definitely book again!

Cozy Lakeside Getaway

From about 2 hours away, we arrived to a cute little cabin overlooking a very peaceful lake. Clean property, comfy bed and clean hot tub. It was such a relaxing weekend away and there is plenty of exploring to be done in this area. DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

Hottub leaked water and didnt heat up, they came and filled it and left the cover up and as we was leaving we was curious as to what the heat was and it actually dropped to 90 degrees and was lower on water than when we arrived.It is a cute place and was very peaceful

Amazing cabin at Lago Linda

I love this area! There is so much to do! Our cabin was right on a lake. We swam, fished, hiked, and kayaked. Our cabin had a hot tub also. 😍 There is a lot to do in the surrounding area also. There are also some nice local restaurants, souvenir shop/coffee shop, zip lines, kayaking underground, etc. I highly recommend Lago Linda! This is our second year staying there, and we will be going back.

Paradise

I loved this little cabin on the water! It was the perfect size for my family. The hot tub overlooking the lake was so relaxing. The area was quiet and peaceful. I took the kayak across the lake to the gazebo. There was a quaint little island, just right for a picnic. We grilled and had a campfire. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.I will definitely be staying here again!
