Gite on the ground floor of a chalet including a second gîte on the first floor. Ground floor: entrance, open living room-kitchen opening onto the outside, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 3 single bunk beds 90 x 190 cm). A covered parking space. Sheets + bathroom linen included. Housekeeping included. Comfortable cottage, very bright. Kitchen open to the living room with a beautiful south-facing exposure with a view of the village and the Beaufortain mountains. Warm and cozy atmosphere. Mixture of wood and colors giving a touch of modernity to the different rooms of the apartment. Gîte 1 km from the centre of the village of Arêche, a mountain village in the heart of Beaufortain. Grand Mont chairlift 800 metres away. Hiking and mountain biking trails around the gîte in summer. Many resorts nearby: Arêches-Beaufort 3 km away, Les Saisies 23 km away. Ruelle gondola lift (link to Les Contamines-Montjoie) 17 km away. Major road passes nearby: Cormet de Roseland, Col des Saisies, Saint Guerin Dam. Shops and services nearby in season.
