On 2 levels: On the ground floor: entrance, garage (1 car and motorcycles), storage room (bicycles, skis), laundry room, wc, bathroom (shower). 1st floor: living room-lounge-kitchen with sheltered balcony-terrace, 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm / bedroom with its mezzanine whose ceiling is 1.78m high: 1 double bed 140x190 cm + 2 single beds 90x190 cm), bathroom (bath), separate toilet. Common courtyard. Steep natural terrain. Ski Arêches at 600m. La Listière is a country house perched above the village of Arêches-Beaufort. On the edge of meadow and forest, at the end of a dead end, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the village and the massif. The 4 bedrooms are comfortable, the sheltered balcony-terrace ideal for lunch while enjoying the landscape. On the heights of the resort-village of Arêches, La Listière stands in the heart of a quiet residential area. It offers a beautiful terrace, a space to store or park bicycles, skis and motorbikes. Here is a base of choice for a stay in a typical village of Beaufortain which leaves no one indifferent as it has to offer.
